At the Parramatta Eels Official Store, we want you to wear your Blue and Gold with pride, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached, and are not customized jerseys or final sale clearance items.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size exchange.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and attach the generated shipping label, then drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location or designated carrier point.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
